Singil.by Umbra

Your ledger is not our asset.

Singil asks distributors to share sensitive receivables data. Here is exactly what we do with it, in plain terms. If anything here is not enough for your finance or compliance team, tell us — we’ll sign an NDA before you send a thing.

What we collect

What we use it for

Exactly one thing: building your collections autopilot run — the prioritized queue, follow-up drafts, promise and cheque tracking, demand-pack draft, and officer-hours readout. Nothing else.

Free runs are a simulation. We model what the autopilot would do on your data. We do not send any message to your customers, and we do not file anything legal. The demand pack is a draft for your team or lawyer.

How long we keep it

Your aging export is deleted after your run is delivered. We do not archive it, benchmark it against other firms, or use it to train any model. Your contact details we keep only to follow up about your run and this offer; ask us to delete them any time.

Who we share it with

No one. We do not sell, rent, or pass your data to third parties. The request form is delivered to us through a form service (Web3Forms) purely to reach our inbox; from there it stays with Umbra.

NDA

Happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before you send anything — just reply to any of our messages and ask. If you’d rather use your own NDA template, send it over.
